| Before you can take the real estate license exam in California, you must a complete a training course known as Real Estate Principles. Star Real Estate, in partnership with Rockwell Institute, offers an online version of the Principles course that allows you to set your own pace for training and study from any location you choose. |

Our online version of Real Estate Principles is a challenging course. It teaches students all of the fundamental concepts of real estate using animation, talking characters, photographs, and proven online learning methods.

If you pass all of our practice exams with a score of 80% or higher, but fail the state exam, you will be refunded $100-which is more than the cost of retaking your exam.
In order to qualify for the $100 refund: |
| 1. | Your computer student log must show that you passed each practice exam with a score of 80% or higher; and you must provide the school with a copy of the failure notice from the State within one week after receiving notice of failing the exam. |
| 2. | Rockwell Institute will refund your $100 within 30 days of receiving your request and the copy of the failure notice. |
|
Within one week all of the materials will arrive at your door and you can begin training for your real estate exam.
