My specialties are listing, staging, and selling homes throughout Southern California for all clients in all price ranges; and helping all buyers from first time buyers to clients buying their final "trophy" property, investment properties, or downsizing from large homes to smaller comfortable homes at retirement. I work with a team of four Realtor professionals, who have expertise in both residential and commercial and investment properties.
I have earned certifications in staging homes for Sellers and in Short Sales and Foreclosures, which makes me highly qualified in listing and selling residential equity sales as well as distressed properties needing expertise on how to sell distressed properties (homes where values are less than mortgage debt and owners have hardships in making their payments |
