From 1982 to 1992 co-owner with Broker-owner husband Miguel Abascal of Century 21 Four Sons Realty in Fountain Valley. Co-managed, trained, recruited, and supervised all agents, marketed office in English and Spanish media. Office merged with Star Real Estate in 1992. Received several sales and listings "Top Agent Awards", including "Centurion Awards"
