BACKGROUND:
Born in Pasadena, California, attended Pasadena City College Helms Foundation
All American swimming Honors student. United States Navy, 1968-1972
attended Northern Arizona University Graduated Cum Laude Degree, Bachelor of
Science
REAL ESTATE CAREER:
Over thirty five years of Real Estate experience, Realtor member of the
Southern California Association of Realtors for the entire time. Active
in continuing education programs and seminars pertaining to real estate; its
trends, finance, marketing and new tax laws, Multi-million dollar producer.
INTERESTS:
Sports: Downhill skiing, long distance bicycling, traveling, playing in
beach volleyball tournaments throughout Southern California, coach and play
slow pitch softball, as a boy, played on East Pasadena Little League All Stars.
Anthropology was my major in college and continues to interest me.
Environment: Having been raised close to the ocean, being involved in
competitive sailing, surfing, lifeguarding, having been a boy scout,
backpacking in the San Bernardino Mountains and the Sierras, biking in the
hinterlands of California, environmental issues in our community and in
California area of concern to me. Investments: Real Estate and the stock
market.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
Chairperson of 1991 and 1993 Monte Carlo Night, a fund-raiser in the fight
against Muscular Dystrophy. Counselor at an alternative center for returning
Vietnam Veterans, working with those with less than honorable discharges.
Also responded to calls on a suicide hotline. Sponsor of AYSO team,
coached a Little League baseball team, contributor to Westview, a center for
the disabled in Fountain Valley. Played Santa for Thomas House, a
homeless shelter for families in Orange County - contributor and fund-raiser
for Thomas House.
THE CHALLENGE:
With the variable nature of our economy, the advancements in computer use, the
new legislation concerning consumer protection and efforts towards a more
equitable tax system; Real Estate has evolved into an extremely dynamic
profession with many new and continuing changes. I've enjoyed these new
challenges that real estate has brought and I take great pride in being a
Realtor.

Real Estate, for me, is an opportunity to be in service to someone's dream, be
that owning their first home or second home, an investment for future security,
